Complete day of service as point person and head contact for 12 hours.

4 meetings with coordinator.

  • 1 personal detail meeting

  • 1 walk through venue meeting

  • 1 rehearsal with wedding party

  • 1 final vendor meeting with florist​

Wedding Party Rehearsal: Coordinator will be there to ensure that everyone is comfortable walking down the aisle, knowing their places as well as where to stand and sit, etc.

Venue walk through: Consists of going over all details of the wedding day.  Including placement of personal/special items.

Final Vendor Meeting with florist: This is to see a sample of centerpieces and discuss any other details pertaining to flowers and bouquets, boutonnieres, etc.

Personal Detail Meetings Include:
  • Reviewing your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what to expect day of event.

  • Unlimited contact via email/text/call.

  • Timeline coordination & assistance with all vendors being point of contact for any questions related to event.

  • Confirm contracted vendors arrival times, insurance info, meal counts, services booked, any other important details.

  • Mailing all wedding invitations out ensuring all important information is included in each envelope. Guidance with menus*, place cards*.

  • Professional advice on etiquette and details pertaining to other vendors.

  • Collecting all wedding elements the week of the wedding.

  • Discussing any and all hesitations, requests pertaining to day of, etc.

Complete wedding management and day-of execution includes:
  • Coordinator arriving 12 hours prior to end of scheduled event. 

  • Confirming all decor, florist, signs, etc are being properly delivered and placed.

  • Coordinator will be present to assist with all aspects of the wedding day.

  • Distribute bouquets & pins, corsages to bridal party, attendants & family members.

  • Gathering bridal party and family working along side Maitre D for the walk down the aisle and grand entrance into reception

  • Assist with bridal party and family for photograph.

  • Coordinating with MC to cue speech’s, toasts, first dance, and any scheduled tasks.

  • Direct venue staff with seating and program distribution.

  • Greet wedding vendors and be point of contact the entire day of your wedding. 

  • Enforcing timeline with all vendors and make sure everything is running on time.

  • Ensure all vendors are fulfilling their contract obligations.

  • Distribute final payments & gratuities as needed to vendors**

  • Monitor the flow of wedding /cards.

  • Arrange your personal items and ensure they are packed up and given to you or designated person at the end of the night.

  • FULL access to the Wedding Day “Emergency Kit”.

(**gratuities envelopes MUST BE left unopened until both coordinator & client count exact amounts in which case the envelopes then get sealed in front of both parties)
